The general pilgrims waiting halls provide basic amenities such as seating arrangements, drinking water, charging points, lockers, well-maintained washrooms, and bathrooms.

At Kalyanakatta, devotees can participate in tonsuring, the traditional act of shaving the head, which symbolizes devotion and sacrifice to the Lord. After tonsuring, devotees should take a bath.

It is mandatory to wear traditional dress when entering the Tirumala temple. Men are required to wear a dhoti, while women should wear a saree or salwar kameez. The traditional dress enhances the spiritual atmosphere and makes the temple visit more memorable.

Upon reaching the queue line starting point, devotees need to enter the queue lines that continuously move towards the Vaikuntham Queue Complex (VQC). The waiting time in the queue can be long, but facilities such as drinking water, toilets, and medical assistance are provided by the temple administration.

At the VQC, visitors undergo a thorough security screening process before being directed to the seating area where they wait for their turn for darshan. The compartment is spacious and well-ventilated, providing a comfortable waiting environment.

Finally, devotees will have the darshan of Lord Venkateswara, a surreal experience that fills them with a sense of spiritual satisfaction. The Lord is adorned with beautiful clothes and jewels, creating an atmosphere charged with positive energy and devotion.

After completing the darshan, pilgrims can collect a free laddu by submitting the token at the Ladoo complex located outside the temple.
